This year the bridge became loose and later that day fell out. I called Aspen and scheduled an appointment for four days later. My appointment was for 10am and they finally called me back at 10:30, and then another 10 minute wait for the dentist.Aspen Dental maxed out my $5,000 insurance, charged me $6,500 and then sent me a bill in the mail for $1,200. SO with a total of $12,700. I received 3 root canals, and 4 crowns.From xray techs to dental hygienists and dental assistants, i was well cared for every step of the way. The dentist was very professional and gentle and took great care to get my new crown perfect and comfortable in my mouth. I recommend this facility 200%. Date of experience: August 21, 2023. Useful.
