A lot of people are having issue with ISC Chicago but I haven't seen someone who's stuff has been stuck this long. The wedding is past and at this point I just want our money back to get a different ring. If anyone knows how to file a claim or anything through either Royal Mail or USPS to get my money back I would appreciate the help!
